QA Floor Tech
Reports to: FSQA Manager
The Employee is responsible for the daily quality audits and associated record keeping.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes Pre-Operational Inspection: Thermometer calibration, floor inspection and documents on SSOP’s, CCP’s, QCP, and Environmental and Non-Environmental Swabbing as scheduled, sanitizes all equipment after inspection, and weekly scale verification as scheduled.
Completes Operational Inspections: Completes all quality checks as assigned.
Completes supporting audits/tasks as scheduled: Fat Testing, Weekly GMP, Monthly Fat Test Calibration, Pre-Shipment Reviews / Box Count Sheet, and Verifying Labels
Equipment: After required training, general employees may be required to complete some or all of the following tasks when needed: Use of metal detectors, knives, 2-way radios, and thermometers.
General – 6:00-3:30, or until Production Ends. Will be scheduled to work Saturdays if production is scheduled and may have evening and weekend work to facilitate upgrades and maintenance that cannot be performed during normal work hours.
Occasional – Come in at 5:00am for Pre-Op and leave accordingly
Occasional – Come in at 12:00pm and stay for Sanitation Cleaning
Qualifications: Physically be able to work in a cold environment, sit or stand for long periods of time, work around raw meet and blood, lifting heavy packages occasionally, and also operating equipment occasionally.

· Able to read a scale and complete basic math on calculator
